If I manually open the door and move the head to the center, turn on the unit, the door will close and the head will move to the left, BUT nothing else after that.. The unit gets a LOCKED message on the display if I try anything. The unit manual doesn&amp;#39;t show this error, and Bang &amp;amp; Olufsen seems to be (IS) a useless company for support. They just want you to buy more stuff. I found is a local repair guy who sounds like a typical BSer. He said it must be the door motor, when that seems to work fine. ANY ADVICE ? ? ? ?
