Karsten,

Van is away at present and he will respond on his return.

However you can still renew your membership via the web site WITHOUT receiving the reminder e-mail.

Just go to the Beoworld homepage and under "My Beoworld" on the right under the LOGOUT button you will see "Upgrade/Renew Membership"

my memebership will expire on the 17th of April, unfortunately I did not receive any email to renew. I sent Van an email but no response either. (Hopefully they all stick in my ISP's Spam filter....)

Any suggestions?

That is what it said when I did mine too. Well mine should have expired by now had I not renewed it, so I think you will be O.K.

It's time for me to renew my membership, but no way to do it.

None of my credit cards are accepted and payment cannot be done.

Strange, they all work perfectly when I visit my dealer..

So please, Lee, may you explain what's wrong?

Just renewed my Gold membership,
noticed that i had only a few days left !

Is the reminder that is sent 1 month before expiration
of the membership the only reminder ?

I assume you haven't changed your email/service provider since you first registered with Beoworld. If you have, even though you may have updated your personal profile with your new email address, you need to inform Van personally of your new email address to ensure your invoice/bill goes to the right place.

The message to say your payment has been accepted.
