He didn&amp;#39;t know why the next time I used the Ps3 the rears didn&amp;#39;t react ( the Tv&amp;#39;s Dvd player puts the rears on ) , he changed the Tv default stat-up&amp;nbsp;settings to Speakers 5 . I don&amp;#39;t think this is the correct solution but obviously works and seams to be 5.1 when&amp;nbsp;a discs&amp;nbsp;has this format but am going to push for a proper fix &amp;nbsp;. Not familiar with the menus&amp;#39; on this Sony yet but I have seen it state on the screen that the disc is 5.1 somewhere , the Tv input AV2 is set to&amp;nbsp;Hdmi . No problem with the Dvd in the Tv , it picks up&amp;nbsp;that a disc is&amp;nbsp;5.1 and all speakers come on .
