If you aren&amp;#39;t subscribed to caller ID then you need to cancel the function in the set up menu. If you do have caller ID then simply press the relevant&amp;nbsp;small triangular button at the top of the keypad until you see a number marked as &amp;quot;new call&amp;quot; then press the &amp;quot;C&amp;quot; button and that&amp;nbsp;should stop the red flashing light. red light on the phone keeps flashing constantly and I am unable to
stop it. Originally started when I had a miss call on my phone and even
thought I had view the missed calls the star next to the number did not
go away. I also when to the menu and stopped the light but that did not
work either as the red light still continued to flash. Finally, I when
to the B&amp;amp;O shop and the salesman resetted the phone, but the red
light is still flashing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Could anyone please help me as I am not sure whats the actual problem still and also how can I fix it.&lt;/p&gt;Thank you&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
