Now somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I also believe the different settings have different cutoff frequencies? Not entirely sure on this though...

Re: BL2 settings......

Hey Alex, I just bought a lab2 to compliment my surround set up, what is the lowest setting you are talking about? 1 or 2 or 3?

Re: BL2 settings......

No, it shouldn't. The 8000s have their own protection built in. All the different settings do is just allow different amounts of bass through.

I personally have always preferred it on it's lowest setting, even with BeoLab 1s.

Re: BL2 settings......

Just to add, what happens if you use say lab1s settings when you run a pair of 8000s? will this cause any damage?

Re: BL2 settings......

Hi Michael,

you can find the information in the Products-section on the main BeoWorld site,

--> Beolab 2

And you can download the User Manual from the

--> User & Service Manuals - section.

BL2 settings......

ok, now that I have been playing with my new Lab2 for a few days now - a few questions.

what are the cutoff frequencies?

what specifically do the switches in the back control?

any info on the technical specifications would be appreciated

I am sure this stuff is somewhere - just cant find it now....

thanks

-michael
