Beoport + Digital TV + Vista

I’ve just purchased a new Dell XPS 420 computer complete with a Hauppauge analogue/digital TV card (Win TV HVR 1200). The new machine is running Vista Ultimate 32 bit. Everything works fine.

I also have a Beoport box from my previous Dell Windows XP system which I have not yet installed in the new machine as I know that new Vista Beoport software is due from B&O soon.

Does anybody have any idea if the new Vista Beoport software will support a Digital TV card?

This question is now relevant given that we are in a digital switch over phase in the UK and that in some areas analogue transmissions are already no longer available.

If Beoport will not/does not support Digital, then the TV functionality of Beoport will become redundant in the future as analogue transmissions are switched off.

The digital side of the TV card works perfectly under Vista, and I have not configured it for analogue due to the much improved Digital picture and additional digital channels available. However, I would like if possible to hook up the Beoport to obtain Satellite TV (DTV in Beoport) on the PC from my main room Avant via master link, as I could with my old system.

Alternatively, has anyone got a Beoport working in conjunction with a Digital TV card?
