If it is, it is true from the specs that the video aux input is NTSC. But that&amp;#39;s it! As for voltage, I think also you can make it work with 110/120 the use of transformers. However, I&amp;#39;d recommend you stay away.for not much more you can now buy properly spec&amp;#39;d Avants (ie. North America) on Ebay. Yes and Avant is larger, but at least your paying for technology that you can actually use.
