Also the BV7 is now the only component that you haven&amp;#39;t triied to replace. In the lik room I have a very old MX-6000 and I have no problems at all operating the HDR-2 from the link room. BV7 turned on or off, everything works perfect. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Was the test with the BC6 as replacement of the BV7 or MX4200?. I got a BV MX4200 in my link room. When I try to operate the HDR2 in the link room and the BV7 is in the standby position, the HDR2 turns on showing the last recording on the MX4200 and then I can&amp;#39;t operate the HDR2 anymore. In the main room everything is &amp;quot;frozen&amp;quot; and wont respond to any command. There only one way: turn it all off&amp;nbsp;at the mains switch.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If the BV7 is turned on in the main room, there&amp;#39;s no problem what so ever to operate the HDR2 in the link room!!!
