When you copy the numbers it may ask to move or keep original. Select move, otherwise you'll have to go through and delete all of the numbers in the phone memory.

2 Serene questions

If phone numbers in the phone are copied to the SIM card, they all appear twice. Is there any way to copy numbers to the SIM card without having duplicate numbers in the phone book?

When my Serene is in the closed position, the two pieces seem a little loose at the hinge. They will move slightly sideways in relation to the other half. When open, all is tight and there is no movement.
