I am not a fan of gold. But the Beocom 4 looks a lot better than I thought it would. A mat finish would enhance it, I think. But isn't the point of gold that is has a shiny finsih? Anyway, I'd have the original.

Great phone the Beocom 4 . Not sure about the finish though. Although I am sure they will sell the 50 no problem.

I was going to say "ugh", but having looked at the picture, it doesn't look bad at all I think.

I'm not really fond of gold, more into the silver/alu/steel tones , but the golden BeoCom 4 does look nice.

However, as for Serenata : do we have to hire a bodyguard whenever we give a call??

24ct Gold Bang & Olufsen BeoCom 4 Phone

Goldstriker International strikes again and offers a 24ct Gold Bang & Olufsen BeoCom 4 Phone.

As if B&O wouldn't be exclusive enough already, Goldstriker manages to make the cordless phone even more exclusive. I have to say the sculptured design of the BeoCom 4 makes it look great in gold when it is docked.
The BeoCom 4 has a plastic casing, but Goldstriker manages to metallize and to adorn them in 24ct gold.
UK based Goldstriker International plans to offer a limited series of 50 gold BeoCom 4 phones in January 2008 for a price of £700 (~$1,433). The standard B&O BeoCom 4 sells for $350. See offers here. See photo below.
