B&amp;amp;O build AV like super-cars and it&amp;#39;s totally appropriate to go for a color!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Secondly, the TV height is exactly what I&amp;#39;ve done. People who put these things over fireplaces are utterly foolish.
