It's not often that I actually manage to solve other people's problems on here so a warm glow has come over me!
As for the other two questions, can't help I'm afraid. I do know that I have disabled Push Messages, a bit like junk mail or spam.

Try Menu, Settings, Bluetooth, My Devices, Audi, Authorise Device.

Thanks, but unfortunately that did not work. Even with security off, upon entering the car the Serene makes a notification noise and the screen on the Serene says "Audio connect with Audi?" and I still must hit ok to finalize the connection. If I do not the Serene continually makes noises until I either confirm the connection or turn of the Bluetooth.

Serene Bluetooth

I purchased a Serene this week and so far like it. The Bluetooth function works well with one small annoyance. My previous phone would automatically connect to my car every time I got into the car. The Serene detects the car but requires me to press OK to finalize the connection every time I get into the car. Is there any way to set it so that it will connect completely automatically without having to press ok? Thanks!
