I looked at my Serene and when it is closed the dial does not touch the screen at all. Have they changed the way it closes? It gets well used every single day, and transported without a case in the pocket of my jeans, and it still looks like new. It even hit a stone floor from waist height and it doesn&amp;#39;t even have a scratch. I was pretty careful with it at first, what with the cost of it, but soon learned that it&amp;#39;s tougher than it looks.
