Do the tubes on this rear portion have to be a little longer than the front ones? I&amp;#39;m wondering because as one pushes down on the rear of the glass panel, I am presuming that the glass panel is coming into contact with the white plastic housings for the light bulbs before the black rubber tubes can do whatever it is that they do. (What do they do exactly, and why are they rubber?)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve re-siliconed the glass panel to the plastic holder, but have to wait until it cures to reinstall.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Jeff&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
