You need to set it to option 1 or 2 depending on your set up. Not at home but I think it is List and red button together, use the List button to scroll to Option? and then choose Audio and then 1. Much easier with a Beolink 1000!! When I push down any key from the remote controler, there is no reaction in the beocenter.
