Thanks for the suggestions! I emailed Lazerware who has these adaptors. I will make one more attempt with a local dealer that was not open on Saturday.

I have bought several cables from them, they ship everywhere. The workmanship is excellent and the prices are very good. They deliver to NAIM and QUAD owners (equipment which also uses DIN plugs). You'll find all kinds of terminations, including a selection of RCA.

I believe most well-assorted radio dealers will have these but you
could also ask the Ebay seller Lazerwave, he seems to have lots of cables for B&O a.o.

DIN Adaptor Source

I am in need of a male DIN adaptor to female RCA plugs in order to connect a DVD recorder to a Beomaster 4500. Ditto a CDX player that also has RCA plugs. (North American market.)

Any suggestions for where I might find such an item?
