But at least they are protected. Have not heard of the BL9s shutting down though. &lt;p&gt;Definitely, but I always think it would be better if they simply set them to bring down the volume overall, rather than just completely shutting down. I actually managed to play my beolab9 speakers so loud that they shut down on me :-) This made me think, is this normal??
