You cannot fit a Powerlink module to the Mark I version of Beovision 1

Tricky!! You need a type 8623 to fit the Powerlink module to and I don't know if it is possible to fit this to an earlier one. This model was introduced in 2001. For a wiring diagram of a scart, look here.

Not sure how useful that will be as I imagine the output will not be volume controlled.

Well until some TV specialist comes on line I could only suggest examining the Scart socket to see if the "Audio Out" pins are connected.

(Note that the Beovision link I posted earlier contains more connection options for different versions if you continue to scroll down).

I have not the beovision 1 LS. I would like to understand if some technician could suggest me a way to connect the speakers...

Not sure I'm any more help really but the basic Beovision 1 seems to only have inputs - the linking options seem to have been optional extras.

What age is your Beovision 1?

I have just read the product page here and it would appear that a Powerlink module was an optional extra.

unfortunately, it's not so easy! in the very first version of beovision1, B&O did'nt put any connection for external speakers!

I have a beovision 1 (very first edition), I have also two beolab 8000. is there a way to connect the speakers to the beovision 1 (I normally use sky decoder and dvd player pioneer)
