Got my Beo5 yesterday. My dealer has programmed it for me just like I wanted it. It's use is very intuitive.

Is your dealer going to program it for you? I dont think that consumers will have access to the software, just like the software for the BeoSystem 3.

My dealer has programmed it all for me just like I asked him to [gave him my preferences] looks good and works fine, in the tread from andyt you can see a picture of me picking it up at the dealer..............

Slight bias - yes! the PC had the correct software - the Mac had none! (Not released yet!) Despite this, the Mac was able to put music on the phone. The PC could not.

I did have a brilliant idea but my execution failed. I tried to get the picture of the Beo5 showing on the screen of the Serenata but my PC wouldn't play ball! The picture is somewhere on the phone but probably in the wrong folder! I can access the music folders but despite my Mac thinking the Serenata is a camera, I don't seem to be able to access the picture folder!!

So what you're saying is your PC and your Mac can't find the photo on your Serenata. I detect a bias, slightly toward Jobs, in your post - plus I thought you'd sent the Serenata bck to Eastbourne!!
