Unfortunately you will also need the dealer for the Service Tool(software) since that has to be downloaded throught the Corporate Intranet, cannot access that otherwise. Not sure about the rules but if its ok, maybe your local dealer can also give you the firmware via memory stick. No dealer needed as the SW is pretty straight forward.
