&lt;p&gt;Keith is an absolute whizz with this sort of stuff. He once told me that around 95% off all remotes available in the UK can be programmed into the Beo5.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dealers doing it by the book can only access&amp;nbsp;what is already in the Configuration tool. If you can live without your curtain remote control for a few days, Keith can extract the ir codes and create an XML code which can be added to the Configuration tool.&lt;/p&gt;
