Not an expert but some interesting headlines...

- Profit increase 22%, profitability increased by 2%: I think B&O is in good shape so keep it up.

- B&O Automotive increased to 358%, but negative EBIT due to research: I am sure we will see some good stuff from this BU for the years to come...

- Inventory increased, cash decreased by half: either B&O has created many new products and waiting for their release, either they are forecasting a huge sale for Christmas... in any case they are surely stocking gold!

- Growth negative for UK and Holland?... but UK remains the second biggest market after... Denmark (75M Eur of sales just in this country: this is 13 Eur of B&O for each inhabitant, or 1 ML junction box... ;-) )

I think the BS9000 will become something like the Barcelona Chair - never ever go out of fashion unless CDs will go away. Then it's off to the museum.

A colleague said it is not a CD player but a conversation piece ...... which nails it .....

BS9000 will have a place in the range as long as CD is part of the market.People have extensive CD collections and multi CD is a great option, why improve on something that is better than any other multi CD player on the market. I do agree on BL6000's, no point for them in the range. BL8000's are an icon, they could be in the range forever, just keep upgrading them internally. I think BeoSound 5 will be nothing like anything before, a whole new level just like when BL5's came out.

Can't be anything but BS5. Will it replace the BS9000, or will it just be added to the product line? There are a few real dinosaurs in the product line, like the BL6000, 4000 and 8000, and BS9000 too. What do you think about that?
