I am not able to get sound from the rear speakers. There is red light on the speakers so it receives the power but it doesnt fire up when I try to identify it under Menu/options/speakers. The two front is working.

My installer was not able to identify the problem and suggests there is a problem with cabling.

Any tips or tricks that I am missing?
