I am using a free to air HD STB and it occurs every change and unrelated to the sound encoding. I am guessing that the BS3 is losing signal and re-gaining may cause it to switch. The biggest disturbance is the loud relay's in the BL4000's. Hope i can find a solution.

Thanks,

Re: Beosystem 3 with External STB

Hello Corvin

I see a similar symptom with some channels on my UK Sky HD stb, it seems to be channel related, on a few channels the BS3 continually switches from speaker 3 to speaker 5. Im guessing this is broadcast related as it is only a small number of channels where this occurs.

Cheers

Peter

Re: Beosystem 3 with External STB

Anyone have any clues?

Beosystem 3 with External STB

When changing channel on my external set top box, the centre speakers (BL4000's) switch off and on each change. It is annoying as these speakers have a reasonable loud relay in each.

Any suggerstions on a fix for this?
