Soon after purchase, I discover there is a connection problem between beocom 4 and the base charger. Even i have put it onto the charger, the metal contact is not functional, the recharge does not start everytime.</p><p>May i ask is it a common problem for all of you? and is it possible to solve it forever?!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
