It's not possible connect beoport to Airport Extreme, only hard disk o printers.

Hi there!

I'm trying to set up my Beoport to my Airport Extreme so that music and speakers can be controlled from my laptop without wires. My problem is, as soon as I connect BeoPort's usb cable to the Airport Extreme, I loose the connection between the BeoPort and my pc. Sound is also a problem, but that is just a temporary problem, as I am going to hook this up to a Apple tv, which has its own audio out plug. Right now I am testing with an external soundcard and it also looses the connection from the pc when plugged into the Airport Extreme regardless if connected directly or via a usb-hub. Everything else is working wireless (External HD, printer etc) when connected direct or via the usb hub to the Airport Extreme.

My question is, is there any explanation why everything works via the usb-hub on the Airport Extreme except for the BeoPort (and the external soundcard)? If so, is there any way to get around it?

I use Windows XP professional, all software is updated.
