It wasn't the LE version Guy - they were made in 2001 !!

B&O now do a Gold version, but it's much darker and duller version.

G'day everyoneJust wanted to let you all know that I won a BeoSound 1 in the June prize draw and really couldn't believe it was true but sure enough some weeks later I had the joy of opening the box to find a shiny new gold BS1 with my name on it which had travelled halfway around the world to get to me in Australia.

Thanks go to Lee for a job well done. Lee even ordered my prize to be Australian spec from the factory so I didn't need to worry about power adaptors etc. Cool.Ok gotta go and put another CD on.Enter the draws people!
