However, ive read reviews of the Beovision 7-40 saying that they couldnt get it to work with the normal 360 lead and had to use a vga cable. Just bought a vga>dvi cable so hopefully all will be well, although im still sceptical!

If anyone else has used a vga>dvi cable for their xbox and found it to work or otherwise id be interested in hearing from them!

Re: How do you connect a XBOX 360 VGA to Beovision 7-40? It worked perfectly.

Alternately, you can get a DVI<->VGA adapter (costs a few euros), which will allow you to connect the VGA cable of the XBOX on the DVI socket of the BV7...

In both cases, you need to configure the input audio/video sources on the configuration menu of the TV...

Br,
Petros

How do you connect a XBOX 360 VGA to Beovision 7-40? With regards to the cable, the video is plugged into the projector socket (this is the only place it fits) and the audio (red and white) are plugged in next to this. At the moment all i can get is sound on the PC setting but no picture. If ive plugged these in correctly can anyone tell me how i set up the tv? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again,

Niall
