Well then i think your laser is weak,and need to be replaced. Is it a BC2300 with the radial swingarm laser or the vertical unit?

I even cannot read some purchased cd on my BC2300, such as Massive Attack Collected..., which is perfectly admitted on my BC2 and Beocenter AV5....

Check iTunes is definitely burning an audio CD, and not an MP3 CD or Data CD.

As i;ve posted before, my CD3500 plays CD-R. CD-RW. and copy write protected. Doesn't like itune burnt cd's for some reason. I don't use Itunes so its ok

My old Beocenter 9000, would not play CD-RW Discs. It would play 90% of CD-R's without any problems.

I'm not surprised. Many CD players of this vintage have problems with burnt CD's. It's something to do with reflectivity. As Alex suggests, try another brand and definitely burn at the slowest rate.

Is it a CD-RW? A lot of players have issues with CD-RWs, such as my CD7000. If not, try burning it at a lower speed, or try a different brand of CD-R.

I used the computer to burn a CD to play on the BC2500 but it won't [purchased CDs work fine]. The CD does work fine on the Beosound 1. Is there a problem with the CD player on the BC2500 or simply something to do with the way the CD is burned?
