you cant use the AV button... use V.tape and make sure the S.vhs is set to off in the TV menu.

The DVD recorder don't have a modulator so it's not possible to tune in on it, on channel 6

I think you just need to tune Channel 6 in to the signal from the DVD player

Beovision MX Issue

Hello All - new member here!

I have a rather old but still excellent B & O MX TV, and have just purchased a new Panasonic DVD recorder to replace the old VHS.

I was able to work the old VHS machine using cannel 6 (we have only arial input) but cannot remember how this was set up, but on trying to set up the new recorder I can get nothing on the B & O AV but can get sound only using the V Tape.

I have tried the new recorder on other TVs and it works perfectly both sound and vision, and I have tried two different scart leads and made sure they are properly fitted.

I would be most grateful for your guidance.
