I understand everything said before me, but which connection do I plug in the cable? There are front left & right speaker connections and rear left and right speaker connections on the back of the TV. The Converter is left and right channel, so if I plug it in to (for example) the left front speaker connection, will I have stereo sound coming out of my speakers? If I connect a second ML/MCL Converter to just one of the rear speaker connectors will I then have surround sound?

Hopefully my questions make sense, and it would be great if someone could help......

Thanks everyone

Re: ML\MCL HELP!!!!!

Thanks that was it. I unpluged the ML\MCL and the Avant. Once I plugged them both back in it worked fine. Thanks to you all.

Re: ML\MCL HELP!!!!!

Make sure you have unplugged it so it resets to only work on PL instead of ML and make sure you have set front speaker ON

Re: ML\MCL HELP!!!!!

Yes it will turn green, when the amp. is on.

Maybe the PowerLink socket in the Avant is dead (or turned off if you can do that).

Re: ML\MCL HELP!!!!!

Okay. I have a new Powerlink MKII cable and its still not working.
