I have BL4500 connected to a MCL-2AV and the display works fine. Pentas and other speakers are connected to the MCL-2AV by PowerLink.

There are no normal speaker-out on a 2AV, only PowerLink, antenna and 3 AUX (CD, TAPE and TV-AUX).

The MCL-2AV is connected to the Beocenter via MCL cable, and hereby you can actualle get Powerlink, even if you music system does not have the outlets.

**edit, have added:

I am not sure about an MCL-2A, which is used with passive speakers. Cannot remember how many pins there are to each spearker, but will check when I get home this evening.

Re: SPEAKER LINK

Thanks Craig....got it now...so some Penta 1's placed locally can have display of info..but once you go to MCL say in a Link room with a MCL 2 AV....then if you put Penta 1's there...you would not have display??? yes/?

THanks K

Re: SPEAKER LINK

The 4 pin connections are Speakerlink connections.
