&lt;p&gt;Thanks to Stuart at B&amp;amp;O Ealing for not only staying after hours to look at it for me, but changing the keypad, bottom connector and programme all under warranty for me. &lt;p&gt;What I wish is that I could use my iPhone as a controller in situations like this, like I can with the Samsung I now have in my bedroom and even te &amp;pound;100 Sony Blu-Ray player I have connected to it! All of that happens out of the box without having to spend &amp;pound;2000 on a ML Gateway!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I also had the bad luck with a glass. A friend of mine dropped it onto a pint glass an it cracked the screen!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Both are ultra reliable, the batteries last for ages, they won&amp;#39;t need programming at your dealer&amp;nbsp;and they don&amp;#39;t need to be plugged into the mains electricity!!&lt;/p&gt;

Not good news now I can&amp;#39;t even watch my beautiful 7-40! I&amp;#39;ve owned it for about 18 months and it&amp;#39;s already on its second battery. I love it for being able to control everything when it has battery but now I have at least a week of not being able to watch TV on my B&amp;amp;O TV.
