Can anyone advise how to solve a recent issue thats appeared with my Beosystem 2 /BV4-50 with sky HD. Pretty much any sky command i make from the Beo4 seems to atleast double for example if i press arrow up once to look through the sky banner it will not just move up to the next programme but instead move through atleast two to three programmes, the blue favourite button is the same instead of moving on one prog/channel it shoots forward again by two or three. Ive tried changing the blaster cable but have not gone down the road of swapping out the ir sensor. I have tried a different remote!!

Any thoughts?

Regards,
