Ha! problem solved, i have to press list/av/a.mem ..... then the sound of aux is played with the dtv selected on the BV4 !

I hope someone can find the right solution for you ... the above approach seems to rely on timing and tricking the systems.

I think the approach relies on having the BS 9000 playing AUX from the ATV2 audio and then starting access to the ATV2 video on the BV4 and then getting the BV4/BS2 to access audio on the MasterLink.

Can you try programming the Beo4 to issue an [A.AUX] command so you are not messing around with the [RADIO] source ?

Yep, version 4.4.4 is on..... The other thing didnt help.....

According to a B&O dealer i needed to buy a gefen digital-analog converter and play the audio sterio via the a aux conection on the B&O 9000 ..... So i did..... 94 Euros! Via list on the beo4 I inserted the function AV. If I play the Apple tv (on DTV) i can now press list AV, then radio, and then i have the sound from the radio while watching the ATV..... Problem is now arising: If i press the a aux button on the beosound 9000, the screen goes black! Anybody an idea?

Is the apple tv updated to the newest software version (4.4.4) ? I think there has been some problems regarding sound from the optical out.

I'am stuck! I bought a Appletv2 thinking i could connect it in the same way as i connected my PS3.

The ps3 is connected via HDMI/DVI cable to the BV4, The sound goes via optical out, via a converter to coaxial in (SPDIFF) in the beosystem2.

This works fine, like i said..... The funny thing is, if i connect the Appletv2 exactly the same way, the picture is kristalclear, but there is no audio at all...... Maybe i need another converter?
