Many thanks for your input. The CONTROL version has the latest SW, so it does also have RDS. I was gonna keep the RDS version anyway, but I would then have changed the glass panels. I am probably just gonna leave them as they are.

If you are useing the BeoLink for controlling an AV9000 I would keep the Clock version. In the Control version the Speaker 1,2,3,4,5 function is not available.

I would keep the RDS version, if the two are different in that respect. It doesn't matter a bit otherwise but you'd regret it later if you got a Beomaster 7000 and your remaining *link didn't have RDS.

I don't think the buyers are too aware of this control/clock difference, I certainly hadn't heard of it before. The RDS / no RDS difference probably affects the sale price more, although 7000 sale prices seem to end all over the place anyway.

(my 7000RDS has "control", and there's nothing else but clock related functions behind that button - I suppose the only difference is the text on the glass)

Hi!

I have two Beolink 7000's at the moment, but I am going to put one of them up for sale soon. I have two different versions, the CLOCK-Version and the CONTROL-Version. I am now in doubt about which one to keep because I am thinking if one version is more rare than the other, and then would be preferable to keep from a Beovirus infected persons point of view? I would keep the CLOCK-Version as it is right now, based on that I have seen most CONTROL-Versions, but is there a version you find more common than the other (Leslie, how about yours? )?
