How would you describe the sound of the SP1 .How does it compare to cartridges like the Shure V15/III or similar?

Unfortunately not - the angle changed - only the SP1/2 cartridge fits. It does come with the facility to change the stylus though so is quite versatile. It is quite a specialised arm so need a bit of dedication!

Hi,

I have a B&O ST/P tonearm. The arm did not have a cartridge.

I understand that the arm was designed for use with the SP1 or SP2 cartridges.

I would like to know if the arm will be able to use the other SP type cartridges(like the SP12) from the B&O range?
