The problem we have been having is that posters with high rates of posting have been finding that they are practically unable to post. Martin , myself and a number of others have just about stopped posting as quite franklyit has simply taken too much time. The problem has been happening for 18 months and Keith and Lee have investigated every way that this can be remedied. To continue would simply mean that the forum will lose a number of members who contribute greatly to the knowledge base. I will also be adding hyperlinks to the read only forum from key threads to allow for easy access to all resources since the forum was launched on 16th April 2007</p> <p>The Wednesday forum will remain using its own forum, but subsequently will be moved to the new faster server.</p> <p>Once the new forum has been running on the new more powerful server for four (4) weeks, then I will close down the server in the US</p> <p>For those members interested in the details of our new server, I can tell you that it has one of the newly released AMD server processors and is an eight (8) core 2.5 Ghz Opteron 4274HE with 24GB of main memory and is running Windows Server 2008 R2.
