&lt;p&gt;That&amp;nbsp;it only happens with&amp;nbsp;active speakers is important in this situation! &lt;img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/05.gif" alt="Wink" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Take a look at&amp;nbsp;the back or the underside&amp;nbsp;of your&amp;nbsp;right speaker&amp;nbsp;- I&amp;#39;m 99% (Read 100%) sure that the position switch is set to L (Left). Switch it to R (Right) and the problem should be solved. &lt;img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/01.gif" alt="Smile" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

When I press the Balance key maximum to the left speaker it is ok but when I press maximum to the right both speakers are mute. Then I played a stereo test and it appears that the system is on mono.
