Now I haven a Gefen expander installed and it's working perfect (3 HDMI ports extra).

I have 4 Beovision 10s(the endpoints)and affliated speaker configurations tied together using an atlona 8 x 8 HDMI 1.3 matrix switcher and MLGW. HDMI is distributed over cat 7 with video baluns on each end. This way u can view any source(in my case, samsung smart 3d blu ray(apps including netflix, hulu, vuduu, cinemanow, blockbuster, pandora, etc, etc, etc----list grows longer weekly), TVix, sonos, apple tv, western digital live tv, Dish hd dvr x 2, Beosound 5 at any of the BEO 10s. Control is with Beo 6 or with Iphone/pod/pad. I would imagine control of the one TV would not be a problem unless there is something unique to the Beo5 that precludes it. Ron

I have an Beovision 10 with 2 hdmi ports.

I have no more hdmi ports leeft and want to use an gefen hdmi switcher or expander.

With an 4x1 switcher can i control THE 4 ports with Beo 5?

In THE Puc is an gefen so do i have THE dealer let to program it or can i do it myself?

My dealer told me THE control by Beo5 is not stable om THE switcher.

Please let me know your solutions and what switcher to use and the price.
