&lt;p&gt;Assuming your Beocom 6000 is a Mark I, then you have the classic problem where the RF chip has failed on the PCB&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you have a Mark I Beocom 6000, then you dial face will look like &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://forum.beoworld.org/media/p/270478.aspx"&gt;THIS&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
