I used to work as an installer, but have never seen this fault before. I get no sound from hdmi from the mac sky, even a ps3 connected to the Scart socket (av3) he has the sky linked and is using the Scart (av1) sound is ok on that but if I unplug the Scart, then I get a perfect pict on hdmi but no sound. Blu ray player is ok itproduces the sound. It is plugged into socket D is that correct?? The other thing I noticed the software is old has not been updated I was wondering if that could be the issue, he also says after 25 mins the sound just disappears on DVD and sky he has to switch of then on and it's ok, after another 25mins the same problem. I just wondered if any beoworlders have heard of this issue, not one I have seen before, any help would be appreciated

Kai
