&lt;p&gt;A lot of (rival!) companies use ICEpower, including Bowers &amp;amp; Wilkins. Ok, B&amp;amp;W don&amp;#39;t promote B&amp;amp;O as the brand behind ICEpower, but then B&amp;amp;O aren&amp;#39;t Intel, who make requirements on the promotion of their brand. &lt;p&gt;Ad is for a new ASUS laptop range- makes a big deal about the sound quality, &amp;amp; credits B&amp;amp;O with caption.&lt;/p&gt;
