Ralf,

On a Beovision 3 it is only possible to access this menu if no pin code is set.

You could go in and use the "Service Code" then deactivate it and when you reactivate it then you can add your new code.

You can set the 12 hours service time by entering a 5 digit Service code which is 1 1 1 1 1
This gives 12 hours of full functionality of the product

The Service code can be entered when the TV has been disconnected from the mains for 15-30 min.
When the TV is switched on a PINCODE menu appears. Now press REWIND for three seconds and a MASTERCODE menu appears, and the Service code 1 1 1 1 1 can be entered, then press GO.

Dear forum,

yesterday I bought a Beovision 3-32 with Beo 4 as a christmas present for my parents.
It is incredible how cheap these sell over here now, basically the price of a used remote...
It even has a Dolby Digital / Powerlink module fitted, a STB-C is also there. Nice.

The seller gave me all the documentation.

When I asked for the PIN Code via phone this morning, I tried 0000 first (seller assumed he changed it to this), then the seller gave me the possible number, and it worked.
Now I want to change the PIN entering the Service menu (Setup - 0 - 0 - GO).
But: the remote skips the menu item Change PIN Code!
All other entries can be selected.
Might this be because I entered one invalid number before entering the right one?
