Well, less &amp;quot;insisted&amp;quot; and more like &amp;quot;we can get an engineer out to you in 48 hours, so why other using the CD?&amp;quot;. An engineer came around and did a full BV7 sw update, including the Blu-ray drive. My TV was updated to sw 10.x at the same time. So your dealer can sort this out rather quickly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To the DIY gang at BeoWorld: updating the BR player will initiate a service ticket/note that will be sent to the dealer you bought it from.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Blu-ray playability (Corrections introduced for Blu-ray player)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cannot play &amp;ldquo;Inglorious Basterds&amp;rdquo;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cannot play &amp;quot;OSS 177&amp;quot;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cannot play Robin Hood Blu-ray when Ethernet&amp;nbsp;is connected&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Problems with playing Disney Blu-ray and DVD (different titles)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Replay of &amp;ldquo;Avatar&amp;rdquo; may give a warning message about software update&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Audio interference when playing Toy Story 2 and Lords of the Rings Trilogy&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Intermittent picture freeze seen on Sherlock Holmes and Toy Story&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Intermittent no Sound from Blu-ray at start-up. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
