Very likely - possible reasons:

1) ML built in - but wrong option settig eg. "V.OPT 6" for using the BC1 as a link room TV
Solution: change option to "V.OPT 1" or "V.OPT 2"

2) NO ML-card
Solution: try to get a (second hand) Master Link Module Type 4015

Hello everybody. I hope you are all good.

I have a question which I posted in the german forum but nobody seems to have a clue.

I recently bought a immaculate Beocenter 1. This Beocenter does not have the timer function which I would like to use. What do I need to do to get the timer working. Has it something to do with this ML card? Can I make a software update? The software is 3.0. Type is 8510.

I hope somebody can help me.
