No drawbacks with these - they have rubber speaker surrounds & the dreaded ABR's were done away with. Best wall mounted & brackets do appear on ebay regularly along with floor stands.

Very good speakers & amongst the better of the RL range.

We passed the 13,176 days of married life this week

One learns to take the rough (loss of the RL60s) with the smooth (she adores the BL11)

Actually we popped into our relocated B&O store yesterday; the new one is much lighter, cleaner and nicer.

And surprise ... they had the 85" 3D BV

And so we had an inpromptu demonstration

She actually liked this 3D (compared to others we had seen)

Just a pity it was AUD105K !

And if you ever look behind one of these monsters, you will find it is as deep as an Avant !!!

Makes sense when you think of all the heavy lifting machinery that is required, but it took me by surprise

Once upon a time, in a galaxy far far away, I used S.55s and RL60s - I much prefered the sound of the RL60s at that time in my life

However my wife hated their looks

Now I still have the wife, but not the RL60s

3702's are very good speakers & much in keeping with the appearance of the rest of your system. However - unless it has been sorted, they will have foam rot on the bass driver surrounds.

I would personally go for the S45.2's as these are very much of the same era & have rubber surrounds. Very well regarded 3 way speakers amongst us traditionalists on here - I don't know any one who owns them who don't love them.

There are other options if you want something more modern looking such as the RL (redline) range but many of these are also prone to problems so it's well worth asking here before considering any of these.

I'm in the process of putting together my first B&O system and am looking for recommendations for speakers to go with my beogram2404/beomaster 2000 combo. I'm looking at some beovox 3702's. Would they work pretty well in conjuction with what I have? Are there better speakers that I should keep a lookout for?
