We love the phone equipment (and our stereo equipment) and I was sad that my wife made me box them up and get Panasonics (the clicking drove her nuts). We are also in the market for the Beolab 9's in the future, so we'll be in soon to see you. Cheers. Person that worked here while ago got replaced by me, and I'll be more than glad to help out. I've left my 7 years of architectural career behind to work for the greatest company in the world (at least I think) and never looked back.

What you should do, is stop by for a cup of presso and we'll talk B&O until the sun goes down.

Re: BeoCom 1 Phone problem - clicking sound

I will try that as we have Apple-TV and the Express. I'm not sure if that will be the solution as this has been occurring long before 5 months ago. Regardless, thanks.

This is ironic as I am from Calgary and I never got any other help from you guys other than the stated solution in my first post.
if the answer is yes; then that is where you problem is. the mac wifi defaults to channel 6 (in router terms) an it competes with the BeoLine channel that happens to be along the same freuqency. This has started to occur about 5 months ago with the firmware update that mac always does.

To fix the issue. Open a phone line (call your cell) and stay on it. Go to your express i-thing and unplug it from the wall, wait 30 seconds plug it back in. It will look at the channel that it defaults too and once it sees it's occupied (because you are on the phone) it will jump to a different channel and your problem will be fixed.

Within the first few months they started making a clicking sound when in use. The retailer says that there is interference from a wireless router or from other phones either in my house or in the neighbours' house?! I have changed from 'G' to 'N' routers and have also unplugged and plugged in the phone numerous times to find a new channel. Nothing seems to work! The retailer nor the B&O customer service will help. Any suggestions? Thank you for the help.
