&lt;p&gt;Otherwise, I&amp;#39;d only recommend what you did. Unplug the stand, factory reset, then turn off the TV, plug back in, turn the TV on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After that - it&amp;#39;s a dealer or service center job imho.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My BV7 40 seems to have stopped recognizing the motorised stand.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;From the Beo 4, stand command no longer triggers the TV to move and the &amp;#39;stand&amp;#39; option no longer appears in the menu of the TV.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have tried switching off, powering off, disconnecting the stand DIN in various sequences but no joy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/p&gt;
