I cannot work out what phone it used to fit but I find it very useful. It seems to have gone dead and I'm wondering if it has a battery inside. I presume it does but cannot find the compartment. Is anyone able to shed light on this? It is from 1991 and is type 10037949.

Any help would be appreciated.
